The "Silver Chris Award" is presented
to the production deemed over-all best in each division. These "Silver
Chris" winners compete for the "President's Award"
(best of festival). This special competition is judged by a blue-ribbon
panel not affiliated with any specific division and chaired by the
president of the festival.
