By applying to the 2003 Chris Awards through withoutabox.com, members of withoutabox.com can save $5 off each of their entries (per entry through withoutabox.com, "Early Bird" discount does not apply) until the deadline of July 1, 2003.

If you are able to access the withoutabox.com system you can enter our festival using their system. Once you register and enter, you will receive an initial email from The Columbus International Film & Video Festival stating that we have received notice of your entry through withoutabox.com, and that you are to send the fee and VHS screening tape to us. You will receive an official follow-up email once your entry has been processed into our system.

We will accept electronic entries through withoutabox.com through July 1. You will then have until NO LATER THAN July 15, 2003 to send your fee and VHS screening tape.

If you enter through withoutabox.com after July 1, there is an additonal $30 late fee that applies and you must have the fees and VHS screening tape to us by Monday July 15, 2003.

If you are unable to access their system and you are a withoutabox.com member, we will honor the $5 per entry discount for withoutabox.com members to July 1, 2003 (early bird discount does not apply).

For withoutabox.com members to take advantage of this discount, download our entry form and return it to the Columbus International Film & Video Festival with your VHS screening tape and payment. Indicate on your form that you are a current member of withoutabox.com (with your member name & registration information), and deduct $5 per entry from our posted fees. Upon verification from withoutabox.com that you are a current member, we will process your entry.
